After the Main Game Is Over…
Four rounds. Twenty questions.
Fast fingers have flown. Ridiculous amounts of Trim Healthy knowledge have been demonstrated. Somebody has probably yelled at their computer at least once.
And then I announce that the main game is over.
But you don’t have to leave the Treehouse yet.
There are a few things we need to take care of first—and then, for anyone who wants to stick around, we get to slow things down, answer questions, talk a little more about real life…And eventually? Well.
There are foxes in the Treehouse…In the nicest way possible.

Here’s what happens after the official
Trim Trivia game ends
First: Drop Your Points in the Chat
Once we’ve finished all four scored rounds, I’ll ask everyone to drop their final point total into the Zoom chat.
That lets me collect the scores without making everyone sit there while I do Treehouse mathematics in real time.
We’ll take care of identifying our winner, and I’ll give you the information you need to email me to claim your Fuel Flow Premium prize.
Each night’s winner receives one month of Fuel Flow Premium, and those months can stack if somebody manages to win more than one game night.
Your job is simple: Count & Post it.
I’ll tell you what to do from there…
Prize & Promotion Disclaimer

Have a Question? Drop That in the Chat, Too.
You don’t have to wait until the game is finished to ask questions.
Actually, I’d rather you didn’t.
If something comes up during the game that makes you think:
Wait. Can you explain that?
Does that mean…?
What about…?
Or even: Nicole, I have been confused about this for approximately eleven years.
Put it in the chat.
I want the game portion of the evening to keep moving. We only have so much time together, and I don’t want one rabbit trail to turn Question 6 into a twenty-minute discussion while everybody waits for Question 7.
But I also don’t want to brush past a good question just because we’re playing a game.
So we’ll collect them.
When the scored game is finished, we’ll come back to them during Ask the Coach.

Ask the Coach
Once the scoreboard is closed, we can put the fast fingers away.
Ask the Coach is your chance to ask me about the things that came up during trivia—or the things you’ve been trying to figure out in your own Trim Healthy life.
Maybe it’s fuels.
Maybe it’s meals.
Maybe you’re brand new and still trying to understand what everyone is talking about.
Maybe you’ve been doing this for years but there’s one thing that has never quite clicked.
Maybe you’re feeding children, navigating dietary restrictions, living through an unusually demanding season, or staring into the refrigerator at 5:37 p.m. wondering how any of this is supposed to work in actual human life.
Those are my favorite kinds of questions.
I’m a Certified Trim Healthy Lifestyle Coach, but my approach to coaching isn’t about making you dependent on having a coach standing beside you forever.
I want to help overwhelmed women re-orient to simple, sustainable Trim Healthy rhythms—and eventually know how to navigate those rhythms for themselves.
If you’d like to know more about how I came to Trim Healthy, I’ll have my Trim Healthy story linked here.
And if something we talk about makes you realize you’d like more individualized help, I’ll also have information about working with me as your coach.
No pressure.
Ask the question because you have the question.

Trim Healthy After Dark
There are foxes in the Treehouse.
In the nicest way possible.
Trim Healthy After Dark is an optional educational bonus round for grown women after our regular game-night business is finished.
It isn’t part of your official score.
You don’t have to stay for it to complete the game.
And nobody is going to be called upon to disclose anything personal.
We’re simply making room for a category of women’s wellness that doesn’t always fit comfortably between conversations about protein, hydration, blood sugar, okra, and sourdough.
Intimacy. Sexuality. Hormones. Relationships. Bodies. Desire. Communication. Consent. Pleasure. And sometimes the absolutely ridiculous realities of trying to maintain a grown-up relationship while also living a grown-up life.
The questions are meant to be tasteful.
Sometimes they’re cheeky.
Sometimes they’re funny.
And sometimes underneath the laughter is something genuinely worth knowing.
Why Does This Belong Here?
Because women’s wellness doesn’t stop at the bedroom door.
And because after 20 years with my husband, I don’t have a particularly tidy story to tell about intimacy.
We’ve navigated babies and postpartum bodies.
Exhaustion.
Changing bodies and changing seasons.
Caregiving.
Trauma.
Marriage struggles.
Healing.
Therapy.
Communication.
Consent.
Rebuilding.
And the continuing work of figuring out what intimacy looks like when two people have spent decades growing and changing beside one another.
I’ve learned that intimacy isn’t simply another task a woman is supposed to perform correctly; it’s a tone.
I’ve also learned that healthy sexuality deserves more thoughtful conversations than either silence on one extreme or constant sexualization on the other.
That’s why the Foxy portion of our evening is educational.
But underneath the fox ears is a genuine belief that women deserve accurate information, appropriate boundaries, agency over their bodies, and space to understand this part of their health without shame.
You never owe this room—or anyone else—personal information about your body, marriage, sexuality, or experiences. And anything I share from my own life is my experience, not a prescription for yours.
Because sometimes the responsible answer really is: “That’s a great question for someone with a different set of letters behind their name.“
We play the round…And Then We Say Goodnight.
