Hello, I’m Nicole! Welcome to the Treehouse!
My last name is Burch…pun intended!
I married my husband, Alan, in 2008. We have been abundantly blessed with 8 children who range in age from 14 years – under a year.
I live in the western part of the great state of Montana, in a tiny town nestled into the mountain side along the Clark Fork River. On our three-acre homestead in the making where we currently raise chickens, bees and our babies.
My life is truly exceptional…thanks to multiple autoimmune conditions, special needs, and food boundaries.
Who am I and what do I do?
I am a mentor to those who are trying to find their footing in the food boundary lifestyle, recipe creator, and coach.
I got my crash course in overhauling an entire way of eating, and living, thanks to my children in December of 2014, when 2 of them were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I had no option to sink, so I swam like their lives depended on it…because they did!
Thanks to this diagnosis we are a completely gluten free household and have used the Trim Healthy way of eating to nourish our family for over 9 years. You can find Products We Use here. Including the Natural Products I use to support the other aspects of wellness in my home.
