Cinnamon Raisin Easy Oat Bars

I have had a single-serve version of these Easy Oat Bars on my website for a while, and the family size version you see here was on my “to do” list, and I finally got it done!

This is a 12x batch of the original recipe so that you can make these fast, gluten free and dairy free bars for your family or your freezer stash. YES, they do freeze well!

Recipe:

  • 3 Cups Oat Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Green Banana Flour
  • 1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Collagen Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mineral Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Sugar or 1 1/2 teaspoons Pure Monk Fruit Extract Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce

Method

Mix all dry ingredients together. Then, add your unsweetened applesauce. You’ll be able to mix it a little with a spoon, but a stand mixer or your hands will be necessary to incorporate all the ingredients fully.

Put the mixture into a pan, or balls, or in a storage container and dig out spoonful’s as you need them. This does make 12 portions.

**If you follow the Trim Healthy plan, one serving falls in the the E meal setting with a little room for some additional gentle carbs**
