Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Defatted Peanut Powder, from here or here
- 4 Tablespoons Water
- 1/4 teaspoon maple extract, from here or here
- 1/4 teaspoon monk fruit extract powder, or 1/8th-ish teaspoon of pure stevia extract powder
- pinch of Mineral salt, from here or here

Method
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl, if you don’t mind it room temp, until completely smooth. Then, use it on anything from pancakes to ice cream!
