Herbs that support fuel—not override it
Fuel Flow isn’t about forcing energy.
It’s about matching fuel to what your body can actually use—
then letting flow happen.
Herbs can be a beautiful addition to that process…
but only when they stay in their proper role.

What Herbs Are Not in Fuel Flow
An herbal add-on in the Fuel Flow framework should never:
Replace food
Suppress appetite
Push output
Create urgency
If it does—it’s no longer support.

Fuel Flow role:
Improves circulation so fuel can be used
Supports digestion of both carb-forward and fat-forward meals
Helps fuel land instead of sitting heavy
How to pair:
Warm tea before or with meals
Added to breakfast or first fueling

🌿 FLOW — when fuel needs movement

I am celebrating five years of being a Certified Trim Healthy Lifestyle Coach. I have lived an abundance of seasons within just these five years. I was a nursing mom, pregnant multiple times, survived a traumatic pregnancy loss in 2022, lived in survival mode from 2022-2025 while being an ambassador for survivors of sexual assault and facilitating the legal aspects of a criminal trail against the perpetrator for those assaults, almost died due to pulmonary embolism after my eighth child was born in 2023, and somewhere in there lost and gained 80 pounds after identifying binge-eating disorder as a new challenge.
