Welcome to the Treehouse

I married my husband, Alan, in 2008.  We have been abundantly blessed with 7 living children who range in age from 12 years – 1 year old.  We have experienced both miscarriage and stillbirth in our parenting journey, and we feel deeply for anyone walking the path of loss and healing, but we are here to say that there is hope.

We live in the western part of the great state of Montana, in a tiny town nestled into the mountain side along the Clark Fork River.  On our three-acre homestead in the making we currently raise chickens, Mini-Nubian Goats, Chinese Crested Geese, Bees and Muscovy ducks.

Otherwise, I am your typical homeschooling mom of a large family, with atypical challenges like special needs, gluten allergies, and PTSD in my husband.

I am also the author of several books, If I Were Deployed (a Children’s book I wrote during my husband’s active duty military Service), If Wedding Rings Could Talk (our story of adultery recovery and restoration) and The Easy Start Guide to Gluten Freedom. you can find all books on Amazon.
